Title

Resolution relative to accepting  the proposal of Creative Business Interiors for furnishing and delivering office furniture for a total sum of  $22,840.03.

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it has received a proposal for furnishing and delivering Knoll workstation furniture for the Development and Planning Departments of the City of West Allis, that the proposal received was reasonable; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Creative Business Interiors be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated May 30, 2003 submitted by Creative Business Interiors for furnishing and delivering five (5) Knoll workstations in accordance with the U.S. Communities Contract for a total net sum of $22,840.03 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to issue a purchase order for the aforesaid material.
