Title

Ordinance to Establish Parking Restriction on the following temporary West Allis Municipal Parking Lot:  61 & Burnham Southeast.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

      PART I.      Pursuant to Section 10.14 of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis, the following parking restriction is established:

Municipal Parking Lot:  61 & Burnham SE

Description:  Lots 5 & 6, Block 8 of Assessor Plat No. 268 Subdivision

Restriction:  4 Hour Parking 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, No Parking 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM, Except by Permit.

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinance contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

      PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
