An Ordinance to Create Subsection 7.12(8) of the West Allis Revised Municipal Code Relating to Prohibiting the Feeding of Deer and to Amend Subsection 7.16(2) of the West Allis Revised Municipal Code Relating to a Penalty.

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:
PART I. Subsection 7.12(8) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby created to read:
7.12 ANIMALS, FOWLS AND BIRDS.

(8) Feeding Deer.
(a) The feeding of deer is prohibited in the City of West Allis.
(b) As used in this section, "feeding of deer" means to place any material to feed or attract deer in or from the wild.
PART II. Subsection 7.16(2) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby amended to read:
7.16 PENALTIES.

(2) A forfeiture not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100) for a violation of any of the following:
