Title

Resolution Approving and Accepting a Permanent Limited Easement from Tri City National Bank for a retaining wall and landscaping along South 70^th Street Corridor.

Body

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of West Allis by Resolution No. 27134 adopted July 1, 2002, approved the reconstruction of South 70^th Street for the improvement of vehicular and pedestrian environments; and,

WHEREAS, the City of West Allis will need to acquire a Permanent Limited Easement along the east side of the property located at 851 South 70^th Street from Tri City National Bank in order to accomplish these improvements. 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Administrative Officer, Clerk/Treasurer be and are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the City of West Allis to accept the Permanent Limited Easement, a copy of which is attached hereto, from Tri City National Bank for constructing, maintaining and improving a retaining wall and landscaping along South 70^th Street Corridor.
