WHEREAS, Paul Spetz, d/b/a Isthmus Surveying submitted a Certified Survey Map for a proposed lot split of property located at 2563-2675 S. 108 St.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Certified Survey Map, being a part of Parcel 1, Certified Survey Map No. 4282, in the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 7, T6N, R21E, in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin is hereby approved.
