Resolution relative to accepting the proposals of ASD Healthcare and FFF Enterprises for furnishing and delivering 350 vials of Flu Vaccine for a total sum of $37,609.00.

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it has received a cooperative proposal through the Minnesota Multistate Contracting Alliance for Pharmacy (MMCAP) from the State of Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services for furnishing and delivering 350/10 dose vials of influenza vaccine for 2006/2007 for the Health Department of the City of West Allis, that the proposal received was reasonable; and,
WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposals of ASD Healthcare and FFF Enterprises be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal submitted by MMCAP awarding the contract to ASD Healthcare for furnishing 200 vials of IDB Fluviral at $104.87/vial and FFF Enterprises for furnishing 150 vials of Chiron Fluvirin at $110.90/vial for a total sum of $37,609.00 be and is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid vaccines.
