WHEREAS, Globe Contractors, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

Globe Contractors, Inc. - 2017 Project No. 12

for the installation of storm sewer and sanitary sewer relay in:

West Mitchell Street from South 69^th Street to South 70^th Street

South 70^th Street from West National Avenue to West Mitchell Street

South 71^st Street from 275’ North of West National Avenue to West National Avenue

South 72^nd Street from 520’ North of West National Avenue to West National Avenue

1121 S 74^th St

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
