Ordinance amending Section 12.37(1)(b) of the Revised Municipal Code relative to changing the bulk requirements for multi-family residential properties in the RC-1 Residence District.

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

 

PART I.                     Section 12.37(1)(b) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby amended to read:

 

12.37                     RC-1 Residence District

(1)                     Permitted Uses

 

* * *

(a)  Single and two-family residence in accordance with the bulk requirement of RA-3 Residence District

 

(b)  Multi-family

 

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

 

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
