WHEREAS, David Barker submitted a Certified Survey Map for proposed lot combination for 2 parcels, currently 2164 S. 70 St. (single family home) and 21** S. 70 St. (garage) respectively.
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis, that the Certified Survey Map being a part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 3, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, be and the same is hereby adopted.
