Title

An Ordinance to Amend Ordinance No. 6649 Establishing the Salaries of Certain Employees in the Administrative & Clerical Service of the City of West Allis for the Years 2002-2005 (Planner I).

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  The attachments to Part II through Part IV of Salary Ordinance No. 6649 (Attachment 2 through Attachment 4) shall be amended by deleting the position of Planner I from all salary ranges of A18(R) and A18(P) and adding it to all salary ranges of A22(R) and A22(P).

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 2003, and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
