Title

An Ordinance to Amend Subsection 9.01(1) of the West Allis Revised Municipal Code

Amending the Number of Class “A” Liquor Licenses Permitted within the City.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.                     Subsection 9.01(1) of the Revised Municipal Code of City of West Allis is hereby amended to read:

9.01                      Number of Licenses.

(1)                      Class A Licenses. The number of Class A licenses, whether for intoxicating liquor, fermented malt beverages or both, to be granted or issued by the Common Council shall be limited to thirty (30).

PART II.                     All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provision of this ordinance are hereby amended.

PART III.                      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
