Resolution approving the transfer of funds within the Community Development Block Grant Program to the Liberty Heights Pool Replacement Project, the Greenfield Avenue Streetscape Project, and the South 70 Street Parking Lot Renovation Project.

WHEREAS, it is necessary to provide additional funding for the Liberty Heights Pool Replacement Project ($138,451.07), the Greenfield Avenue Streetscape Fund ($301,122.20), and the South 70 Street Parking Lot Renovation Project ($108,234.88); and,
WHEREAS, the aforesaid projects are eligible for Community Development Block Grant funds; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Development has recommended approval of the fund transfers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the sum of Five Hundred Two Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-one and 67/100 Dollars ($502,561.67) be and is hereby appropriated from the Community Development Block Grant 1995 through 2002 Contingency Funds and the sum of Forty-five Thousand Two Hundred Forty-six and 48/100 Dollars ($45,246.48) be and is hereby appropriated from the Community Development Block Grant 2002 Economic Development Financing/Loan Program to the Liberty Heights Pool Replacement Project ($138,451.07), the Greenfield Avenue Streetscape Fund ($301,122.20), and the South 70 Street Parking Lot Renovation Project($108,234.88).
