Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning property located at 6502 W Burnham St. from RB-2 Residence District to C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District.
 
Body
The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:
 
PART I.  The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land zoned RB-2 Residence District shall be rezoned to C-2, Neighborhood Commercial District, to-wit:
 
A tract of land located in the Northeast ΒΌ of Section 3, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
 
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 31 in Block 10 of the Central Improvement Co.'s Subdivision No. 7; thence Northerly, 113.00 feet, along the West property line to the centerline of  the adjacent public alley; thence Easterly, 76.65 feet, along the said centerline of  the alley to the centerline of South 65th Street; thence Southerly, 146.00 feet, along the said centerline to the centerline of West Burnham Street; thence Westerly, 76.65 feet, along the said centerline to the West property line of said Lot 31, extended; thence Northerly, 33.00 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
 
Said land contains 0.2568 Acres, more or less.
 
Said area is located at 6502 W. Burnham St., and contains 0.11 acres, more or less and includes portions of City right-of-way.

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
 
PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
