Title

Resolution relative to accepting proposal of Creative Business Interiors for furnishing Knoll office furniture for a total net sum of $41,948.71.

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing Division has reported that it has received a joint proposal through US Communities for furnishing and installing Knoll office furniture for the Mayor/City Administrative Office of the City of West Allis; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Creative Business Interiors be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated October 8, 2015 submitted by Creative Business Interiors for furnishing Knoll office furniture for the Mayor, City Administrator, Reception Area and Conference Room for a total net sum of $41,948.71 in accordance with US Communities Contract #4400003404 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid furniture.
