Title

Ordinance amending Sections 7.121(1)(f) and 7.122(1)(f) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code relative to late fees for dog and cat licenses.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Paragraph (f) of Section 7.121(1) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to change the late fees from $12.00 and $24.00 to $6.00 and $12.00.

PART II.  Paragraph (f) of Section 7.122(1) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to change the late fees from $12.00 and $24.00 to $6.00 and $12.00.

PART III.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART IV.  This ordinance shall take effect October 1, 2009 and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
