Resolution relative to approving the 2002 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant Program.
Body
WHEREAS, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) regulations require the preparation of a 2002 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER); and,
WHEREAS, the Common Council has conducted a public hearing on April 2, 2003; and,
WHEREAS, appropriate documentation, communications and certifications are required to be completed and submitted to various entities in order to secure the City's Community Development Entitlement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the 2002 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER), a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Development, or his designee, be and is hereby authorized to execute and deliver the aforesaid CAPER on behalf of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be and is hereby authorized to make such non-substantive changes, modifications, additions and deletions to and from the various provisions of the Report including any and all attachments, exhibits, addendums and amendments, as may be necessary and proper to correct inconsistencies, eliminate ambiguity and otherwise clarify and supplement said provisions to preserve and maintain the general intent thereof, and to prepare and deliver such other and further documents as may be reasonably necessary to complete the transactions contemplated therein.
