Title

An Ordinance to Establish Parking Restrictions on Both Sides of the North 100 Feet of the North/South Alley between S. 75 St. and S. 76 St. and W. Lincoln Ave. and W. Hayes Ave.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street:  N/S Alley Between S. 75 St., S. 76 St., W. Lincoln Ave., W. Hayes Ave.

Block:  North 100 Feet of the 2300 Block

Side:  Both

Restriction:  No Parking, No Stopping, No Waiting Anytime

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
