Title

Resolution Authorizing and Directing the Director of Public Works/City Engineer to Pay For Sanitary Sewer Lateral Connection Repairs at 10025 W. Bungalow Parkway in the Total Amount of $3,250.00.

Body

WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works has a long standing policy of the City's responsibility for making repairs to sanitary sewer laterals from the point of connection to the main sanitary sewer line up through the riser connection; and,

WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has determined that the sanitary sewer lateral connection at 10025 W. Bungalow Parkway failed based on field observations; and,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Director of Public Works/City Engineer be and is hereby authorized and directed to make fair payment for the repair work to Musson Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $3,250.00.  Payment to be made from the appropriate Sanitary Sewer Utility account.
