Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Ameri-Kart Corporation for furnishing residential waste carts and repair parts for a total sum of $19,195.00.
Body
WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it has received a proposal for furnishing and delivering residential waste carts and repair parts for the Public Works Department of the City of West Allis, that the proposal received was reasonable; and,
WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Ameri-Kart Corporation be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated February 13, 2003 submitted by Ameri-Kart Corporation for furnishing and delivering three hundred twenty-five (325) 90 gallon residential carts and twenty (20) roto tubs for a total net sum of $19,195.00 be and is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to issue a purchase order for the aforesaid equipment.
