Resolution approving the first amendment to the water tower lease agreement for 11515 West Rogers Street by and between the City of West Allis and Voice Stream PCS II Corporation.

WHEREAS, West Allis and Voice Stream entered into a Water Tower lease Agreement dated July 19, 2000 whereby West Allis leased to Voice Stream certain premises therein described, that are a portion of the property located at 11515 West Rogers Street, West Allis, WI ("Agreement"); and,

WHEREAS, West Allis and Voice Stream, in their mutual interest, wish to amend the Agreement as set forth on the attached document "First Amendment to Water Tower Lease Agreement" ("Amendment").

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Amendment which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, be and is hereby approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver this Amendment on behalf of the City.
