Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Ewald's Hartford Ford for furnishing four (4) light trucks for a total sum of $92,930.00
Body
WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it has received a joint proposal through V.A.L.U.E. in Local Government for furnishing and delivering light trucks for the Public Works Department of the City of West Allis, that the proposals received were reasonable; and,
WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Ewald's Hartford Ford be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal submitted by Ewald's Hartford Ford for furnishing and delivering one (1) 2003 Ford F250 8600 GVW 4x2 pickup truck, two (2) 2003 Ford F450 15000 GVW 4x2 cab and chassis, and one (1) 2003 Ford F450 15000 GVW 4x4 cab and chassis for a total net sum of $92,930.00 in accordance with V.A.L.U.E. in Local Government Bid #0304 be and is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to issue a purchase order for the aforesaid material.
