Resolution approving a Certified Survey Map to create an outlot from portions of two existing lots located at 2563-2601-25-65-73-75 S. 108 St. and 2677 S. 108 St., in order to develop a Chick-fil-A restaurant, submitted by HR Green, Inc. (Tax Key Nos. 484-9986-012 and 484-9986-005).

WHEREAS, HR Green, Inc. submitted a Certified Survey Map to create an outlot from portions of two existing lots located at 2563-2601-25-65-73-75 S. 108 St. and 2677 S. 108 St., in order to develop a Chick-fil-A restaurant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis, that the Certified Survey Map of a parcel of land being part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, be and the same is hereby adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the amount of time (after Common Council approval) to record the Certified Survey Map and its documents with the Milwaukee County Register of Deeds may be extended by agreement with the subdivider up to an additional 30 days. Within sixty (60) days of approval by the Common Council.
