Title

Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning a portion of the existing split-zoned property located at 2525 S. 108 St. from M-1 Manufacturing to C-4 Regional Commercial District.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I. The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that a portion of the following described split zoned land shall be and is hereby rezoned from M-1/Manufacturing District to C-4/Regional Commercial District.

A tract of land being located in the Northeast ¼ and of Section 7, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, described as follows:

Lot 2 of the Certified Survey Map No. 4840.

2525 S. 108 St. Tax Key Number:   484-9986-010

Said land contains 1.13 Acres, more or less.  

PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
