Resolution to approve bid of Payne & Dolan, Inc. for interim and minor street resurfacing, storm sewer relay, storm sewer spot relay, sanitary sewer relay, sanitary sewer spot relay, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments in various locations within the City of West Allis, in the amount of $551,992.50.

WHEREAS, The Board of Public Works reports that it duly advertised for bids for the furnishing of certain materials and the performance of all work required for the improvements in a certain area as hereinafter described; that the bids received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable and hereby recommends and deems it to be for the best interests of the City of West Allis that the bid Payne & Dolan, Inc. for 2009 Project No. 12 be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the bid of Payne & Dolan, Inc. for 2009 Project No. 12 for:
Interim and Minor Street Resurfacing, Storm Sewer Relay, Storm Sewer Spot Relay, Sanitary Sewer Relay, Sanitary Sewer Spot Relay, Water Main Relay, Building Services and Utility Adjustments:
S. 77 St. from Union Pacific Railroad to W. Hicks St.
S. 65 St. from W. Revere Pl. to W. Beloit Road
S. 66 St. from W. Revere Pl. to W. Beloit Road
S. Livingston Terr. from S. 67 Pl. to W. Grant St.
W. Grant St. from W. Beloit Rd. to S. 68 St.
W. Revere Pl. from W. McGeoch Ave. to S. Livingston Terr.
W. Oconto Pl. from W. McGeoch Ave. to S. 65 St.
