Title

An Ordinance to amend Salary Ordinance No. O-2013-0009 establishing the salaries of certain employees in the Engineering Department [change perimeter (P) to non-resident (NR)].

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Attachment 1 to Part I and Attachment 2 to Part II of Salary Ordinance No. O-2013-0009 shall be amended changing all references to Schedule P (perimeter) to Schedule NR (non-resident).

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
