Title

Resolution amending the 2019 Schedule of Fees for the City of West Allis related to Farmers Market Fees.

Body

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. O-2019-0015, as introduced to the Common Council at its meeting on April 1, 2019, pertains to adopting Farmers Market stall rental fees and related fees; and

WHEREAS, the Administration and Finance Committee has reviewed the fee schedule revision and recommends its adoption; and

WHEREAS, the amendment shall be reflected on Pages 7-8 of the City of West Allis Schedule of Fees as shown on the attached Exhibit A.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West that the 2019 Schedule of Fees is hereby adopted as presented in the attached Exhibit A.
