Resolution approving the Gifting of Canine Timber from the West Allis Police Department to Officer Jack Brees and his family.

Body

WHEREAS, Canine Timber began his career with the West Allis Police Department on April 4, 1998.

WHEREAS, Canine Timber was assigned as the full time partner of Officer Jack Brees together they participated in numerous narcotics seizures and the tracking of suspects.

WHEREAS, Canine Timber was retired on May 31, 2005.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that Canine Timber be given as a gift to Officer Jack Brees and his family with the obligation that Officer Brees and his family assume all future costs and liabilities associated with Canine Timber.
