Grant St. from S. 108 St. to approx. 100' west of S. 111 St.; S. 109 St. from W. Becher St. to W. Lincoln Ave.; S. 110 St. from W. Becher St. to approx. 150' south of W. Grant St. and S. 111 St. from W. Becher St. to W. Lincoln Ave. within the City of West Allis, in the amount of $104,356.40.

WHEREAS, The Board of Public Works reports that it duly advertised for bids for the furnishing of certain materials and the performance of all work required for the improvements in a certain area as hereinafter described; that the bids received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable and hereby recommends and deems it to be for the best interests of the City of West Allis that National Power Rodding Corp. for 2010 Project No. 5 be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the bid of National Power Rodding Corp. for 2010 Project No. 5 for cleaning and closed circuit TV inspection of storm sewers in:
W. Becher St. from S. 108 St. to S. 111 St.;
W. Grant St. from S. 108 St. to approx. 100' west of S. 111 St.;
S. 109 St. from W. Becher St. to W. Lincoln Ave.;
S. 110 St. from W. Becher St. to approx. 150' south of W. Grant St. and
S. 111 St. from W. Becher St. to W. Lincoln Ave
for the sum of One Hundred Four Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Six and 40/100 dollars ($104,356.40)
be accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to enter into contractual relations with said contractor for the performance of said work, in accordance with the prices submitted in their proposal and with the specifications of the City of West Allis, and that all other bids received for same be rejected; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That said improvements be installed with funding by Storm Water Management Funds...
