WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of West Allis by Resolution Number R-2014-0124 adopted on May 20, 2014, accepted the proposal of Graef for providing Bridge Inspection Services and Bridge Design Engineering Consulting Services for a total sum of $29,081.42; and

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of West Allis by Resolution Number R-2014-0044 adopted on March 3, 2015, accepted an Amendment to the professional services contract with Graef to provide Engineering Consulting Services for the construction of the 76th Street Bridge and Beloit Road Bridge for a total sum not to exceed $25,000.00; and

WHEREAS, the bridge deck overlay work on the 76th Street and Beloit Road bridges took longer than anticipated and required Graef's structural engineers to be on site more than anticipated to address problems with the work; and

WHEREAS, it is, therefore, necessary to amend the professional services contract with Graef to provide Engineering Consulting Services for the construction of the 76th Street Bridge and Beloit Road Bridge for a total sum not to exceed $2,500.00.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the amended proposal dated August 28, 2015 submitted by Graef for furnishing Engineering Consulting Services for the construction of the 76th Street Bridge and Beloit Road Bridge for a total sum not to exceed $2,500.00 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that funding for this proposal comes from Bond Funds.
