Title

An Ordinance to amend the numbering sequence of a portion of Chapter II, Subchapter III, Code of Ethics for Public Officials.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Sections 3.01 through 3.09 of Chapter II, Subchapter III (Code of Ethics for Public Officials) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to renumber those nine (9) sections to be 3.1 through 3.9.

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
