Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Ewald Chevrolet, Inc. for furnishing two (2) 2003 Chevrolet cargo vans for a total sum of $31,362.00
Body
WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it has received a joint proposal through V.A.L.U.E. in Local Government for furnishing and delivering light trucks for the Public Works Department of the City of West Allis, that the proposals received were reasonable; and,
WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Ewald Chevrolet, Inc. be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal submittted by Ewald Chevrolet, Inc. for furnishing and delivering two (2) 2003 G23405 8600 GVW LEV cargo vans for a total sum of $31,362.00 in accordance with V.A.L.U.E. in Local Government Bid #0304 be and is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to issue a purchase order for the aforesaid material.
