Ordinance to amend Section 12.45(2) of the Revised Municipal Code relative to permitting employment agencies and offices that provide transportation on site as a special use within the M-1 Manufacturing District.
Body
The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:
PART I. Section 12.45(2)(jj) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby amended, as follows:
12.45 Manufacturing District

(2) Special Uses

(jj) Employment agencies and offices with provided transportation services provided by, or on behalf of, the employment agency from the agency or office to the work site conditioned upon the following:
1. Plan Commission approval of a site, parking, landscaping and architectural plan in accordance with Sec. 12.13 of the Municipal Code.
2. Applicants for employment shall provide adequate waiting area facilities to be provided on site to accommodate employees.
3. Restroom facilities adequate for applicants shall be provided on site.

PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be enforced from and after its passage and publication.
