Request by Luna Jewelry, located at 5835 W. National Ave., an existing legal non-conforming secondhand jewelry business, to rescind the Ordinance, O-2010-0051, passed January 4, 2011 requiring secondhand and pawn dealers to locate in the C-4 Regional Commercial District and amending section 12.41(2), C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District, of the Revised Municipal Code to permit the sale of secondhand article dealers, secondhand jewelry dealers, and pawn brokers within the C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District.
