Resolution to rescind Resolution No. R-2006-0206 and to approve the Certified Survey Map submitted by Daniel J. Milton, to create a single family residential lot for the land located directly east of the duplex located at 1718-20 S. 60 St.
Body
WHEREAS, on August 1, 2006, Resolution No. R-2006-0206 was adopted by the Common Council of the City of West Allis, approving a Certified Survey Map for proposed single family residential lot for the land located directly east of the duplex located at 1718-20 S. 60 St.; and,
WHEREAS, the City has not recorded the previous Certified Survey Map (Resolution No. R-2006-0206, August 1, 2006) with the County Register of Deeds within thirty (30) days of Common Council Approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No. R-2006-0206 adopted by the Common Council of the City of West Allis be rescinded pursuant to Section 12.80 (1)(d) of the Revised Municipal Code, and the aforesaid Certified Survey Map be and is hereby placed on file.
BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Certified Survey Map of a part of the Northwest 1/4 and the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 2, and part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 3, Town 6 North, Range 21 East, in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, is hereby adopted.
