Ordinance to amend the Official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning a portion of the property at 9306 W. Greenfield Ave. from RA-3 Residence District to C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District.
 
Body
The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:
 
PART I.  The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from a split zone of C-2/Neighborhood Commercial District and RA-3/Residence District to a unified zoning district of C-2/Neighborhood Commercial District in accordance with the 2030 Comprehensive Land Use Map of the City of West Allis.
 
A tract of land located in the Southeast ΒΌ of Section 32, Township 7 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
 
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 16 in the Assessment Subdivision No. 69, Block 2; thence Southerly, 180.00 feet along the West right-of-way line of South 93rd Street to the Point of Beginning; thence Easterly, 25.00 feet to the centerline of South 93rd Street; thence Southerly, 31.40 feet, along the said centerline; thence Westerly, 149.82 feet; thence Northerly, 17.08 feet; thence Easterly, 8.39 feet; thence Northerly, 14.22 feet; thence Easterly, 116.43 feet to the Point of Beginning.
 
Said land contains 0.105 Acres, more or less.

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
