Title

An Ordinance to Repeal Ordinance which Pertains to an Eastbound No Turn on Red Restriction at the Intersection of S. 60 Street and W. Beloit Road.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Pursuant to Section 10.08 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following vehicular turning restriction is hereby repealed:

Location:  Intersection of S. 60^th Street and W. Beloit Road

Direction of Travel:  Eastbound

Restriction:  No Turn on Red

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
