Title

An Ordinance to establish the salary ranges of non-union employees in the Executive Service, the Managerial Service, the Deputy Service, and the Confidential, Professional and Supervisory Service of the City of West Allis for the year 2011.

Body

The Common Council for the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  The wage and salary ranges and related provisions for the non-union employees in the Executive Service, the Managerial Service, the Deputy Service, and the Confidential, Professional and Supervisory Service, commencing January 1, 2011, shall be the same amounts as the wage and salary ranges and related provisions for January 1, 2010.

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 2011 and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
