Title

Resolution relative to amending City of West Allis Policies & Procedures Manual Policy No. 1432, Vacations.

Body

WHEREAS, the City of West Allis Policies & Procedures Manual Policy No. 1432, Vacations, was originally adopted by the Common Council on January 1, 1982, and amended on October 3, 2017, to ensure a uniform set of policies in regard to the vacations for City employees; and

WHEREAS, it is desirable to amend such policy to provide flexibility for significant retention reasons.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that Policy No. 1432, Vacations, is approved as amended in the attached.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator is authorized and directed to amend such policy and distribute to all departments, divisions and offices.
