Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning North Greenfield Railroad Station Park located at 81** W. National Ave. (Tax Key No. 452-9999-004) from C-2, Neighborhood Commercial District to P-1, Park District.

PART I. The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from C-2, Neighborhood Commercial District to P-1, Park District.
A tract of land located in the Northeast ¼ of Section 4, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northeast ¼ of the said Section 4; thence Easterly, 610.00 feet, along the South line of the said Northeast ¼; thence Northerly, 84.10 feet to the North line of the railroad right-of-way and Point of Beginning; thence continue Northerly, 5.00 feet to the South right-of-way line of West National Avenue; thence Northeasterly, 33.00 feet, at right angle, to the centerline of West National Avenue; thence Northeasterly, 282.00 feet, along said centerline of West National Avenue to the West line, extended, of Lot 1 in Block 5 of the Assessors Plat No. 259; thence Southerly, 33.86 feet, along said line to the Northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence continue Southerly, 75.00 feet along said West line of Lot 1 to the Southwest corner of said Lot 1 and North line of the railroad right-of-way; thence Westerly, 265.00 feet along said North right-of-way line to the Point of Beginning.
Said land contains 0.4554 Acres, more or less. Said land including parts of City right-of-way.
Said land located at: 81** West National Avenue
PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
