Title

Resolution relative to accepting  the proposal of Ruekert & Mielke for furnishing Intergraph GIS data conversion services for a total sum of $22,000.00

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it has received a proposal for furnishing GIS data conversion for the Information Services Division of the City of West Allis to coordinate water and sanitary underground mapping, that the proposal received was reasonable; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Ruekert & Mielke be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal submitted by Ruekert & Mielke for implementation of Intergraph GeoMedia WebMap GIS data conversion for a total net sum of $22,000.00 to be funded by Water and Sanitary Utility funds be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to issue a purchase order for the aforesaid services.
