Title

An Ordinance to establish the salaries of Miscellaneous Employees of the City of West Allis for the year 2011.

Body

The Common Council for the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  The wage and salary ranges and related provisions of the following Miscellaneous Employees, commencing January 1, 2011, shall be the same amount as the wage and salary ranges and related provisions for January 1, 2010:

Part-Time Custodians, Provisional Laborers, Seasonal Laborers, Library Page, Lead Library Page, and Election Inspectors

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 2011 and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
