Resolution amending a professional services contract with HNTB Corporation for planning and other professional services in the amount of $20,000
Body
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of West Allis, by Resolution No. 25581, adopted January 6, 1998, approved an Agreement for Professional Services by and between the City by its Department of Development and HNTB Corp. for land planning and landscape architectural services (the "Agreement"); and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to further amend the Agreement to provide for additional services (the "Amendment").
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis as follows:
1. That the Amendment to the Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, be and is hereby approved.
2. That the Director of Development or his designee be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver the aforesaid Amendment on behalf of the City.
3. That the sum of Twenty Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($20,000) be and is hereby appropriated from the Community Development Block Grant Funds to pay the liability that will accrue to the City under the Amendment.
