PART I. The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended by overlay to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from M-1 Manufacturing District to C-3 Community Commercial District (Legal Description A) and further amended to create a PDD-2, Planned Development District, Commercial/Industrial, (Legal Description B),to-wit:

The east 220 feet of the west 736.25 feet of the north 136.24 feet of the northwest l/4 of Section 5, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, except street, subject to rights of owners adjacent to the east due to overlapping deed description.
Said land contains .385acres, more or less.

Said land being located at 10601 W. Greenfield Ave., including portion of City right of way to street center line (W. Greenfield Ave.)

A tract of land being located in the Northwest ¼ of Section 5, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, describes as follows:
Parcel 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 3612 and East 220.00 feet of the West 736.25 feet f the North 136.24 feet of the Northwest ¼ of said Section 5, subject to the rights of the owners adjacent to the east, due to the overlapping deed description.
