Theodore Trecker Way from S. 108 Street to S. 116 Street and S. 116 Street from 90' North of W. Theodore Trecker Way to W. Greenfield Avenue in the City of West Allis, in the amount of $1,193,392.30.

WHEREAS, The Board of Public Works reports that it duly advertised for bids for the furnishing of certain materials and the performance of all work required for the improvements in a certain area as hereinafter described; that the bids received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable and hereby recommends and deems it to be for the best interests of the City of West Allis that the bid of Stark Asphalt a division of Northwest Asphalt Products, Inc. for 2008 Project No. 11 be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the bid of Stark Asphalt a division of Northwest Asphalt Products, Inc. for 2008 Project No. 11:
Street Construction, Storm Sewer, Sanitary Sewer Repair and Lining, Hydrant Replacement, Miscellaneous Utility Adjustments and Pavement Marking in W. Theodore Trecker Way from S. 108 Street to S. 116 Street and S. 116 Street from 90' North of W. Theodore Trecker Way to W. Greenfield Avenue in the City of West Allis

for the sum of One Million One Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Two dollars and thirty cents ($1,193,392.30)
be accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to enter into contractual relations with said contractor for the performance of said work, in accordance with the prices submitted in their proposal and with the specifications of the City of West Allis, and that all other bids receive...
