Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning certain properties located at 7939-43 W. National Ave. and 1810 S. 80 St., and 8001 W. National Ave. from C-3 Community Commercial District to C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District.  (Tax Key Nos. 452-0596-000 and 452-0523-000)
 
Body
PART I.        The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from C-3 Community Commercial District to C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District, to-wit:
 
A tract of land located in the Northeast ΒΌ of Section 4, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, more particularly described as follows:
 
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 2 in Block 8 of Continuation of Conklin Park; thence Northerly, 195.67 feet, along the west line of said Lot 2, to the centerline of West National Avenue; thence Northeasterly, 217.10 feet, along the centerline of West National Avenue; thence Southerly, 297.47 feet, along east line of Lot 1 in Block 4 of Assessors Plat No. 259, to the centerline of the Union Pacific Railroad; thence Westerly; 210.93 feet, along the centerline of Union Pacific Railroad to the west line of said Lot 2, extended; thence Northerly; 50.00 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
 
Said land contains 1.316 Acres.
 
Said land being located at 7939 W. National Ave. and 1810 S. 80 St. and 8001 W. National Ave. from C-3 Community Commercial District to C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District (Tax Key Nos. 452-0596-000 and 452-0523-000).
      
PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
 
PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
