Title

Resolution relative to accepting  the proposal of CivicPlus for providing Web Design Services for a total sum of $22,887.

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it has received a proposal for Web Design Services for the Information Technology Department of the City of West Allis, that the proposal received was reasonable; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of CivicPlus be accepted; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council approves the transfer of funds from the IT Salary account (100-1101-517-1101) to the IT software account (100-1101-517-3201).

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal submitted by CivicPlus for providing Web Design services, training and support for a total net sum of $22,887 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid services.
