Resolution accepting work of Payne & Dolan, Inc., for the interim asphalt resurfacing of the pavement in various streets in the City of West Allis and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2006 Project No. 11.

WHEREAS, Payne & Dolan, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:
Payne & Dolan, Inc. - 2006 Project No. 11
for the interim asphalt resurfacing of the pavement in:
S. 52 St. from W. Lincoln Ave. to W. Rita Dr.
S. 54 St. From W. Lincoln Ave. to W. Rita Dr.
S. 55 St. from W. Lincoln Ave. to W. Hayes Ave.
S. 56 St. from W. Lincoln Ave. to W. Hayes Ave.
S. 57 St. from W. Lincoln Ave. to W. Rita Dr.
S. 58 St. from W. Lincoln Ave. to W. Fillmore Dr.
S. 59 St. from W. Lincoln Ave. to W. Arthur Ave.
W. Fillmore Dr. from S. 57 St. to W. Arthur Ave. in the City of West Allis
be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
