An Ordinance to amend Section 12.10(10) of the Revised Municipal Code regarding Air Conditioning Equipment Location with Respect to Side and Rear Lot Lines.

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:
PART I. Section 12.10(10) of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Chapter XII ZONING CODE.

12.10 General Provisions
(10) Permitted obstructions in required yards. Structures and other uses are permitted to be located in required yards in accordance with the following table:

PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of the ordinance are hereby repealed.
