Title

Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of FFF Enterprises Inc. for furnishing and delivering 200 vials of Flu Vaccine for a total sum of $21,700.00.

 

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it received a proposal for furnishing and delivering 200/10 dose vials of influenza vaccine for 2008/09 for the Health Deparment of the City of West Allis, that the proposal received was reasonable; and,

 

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of FFF Enterprises, Inc. be accepted.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated January 7, 2008 submitted by FFF Enterprises Inc. for furnishing 100 vials of Fluzone at $115.10/vial and 100 vials of Fluviron at $101.90/vial for a total sum of $21,700.00 be and is hereby accepted.

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid vaccines.
