Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Omni Tech Corporation for furnishing up to seventy-five (75) personal computers for a total estimated sum of $97,500.00

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it has received a proposal for furnishing and delivering personal computers, as required for various departments of the City of West Allis, that the proposal received was reasonable; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Omni Tech Corporation be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that Omni Tech Corporation be contracted to furnish up to seventy-five (75) Omni Tech Halryon ESG personal computers in several releases for the total estimated net sum of $97,500.00 be and is hereby authorized.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to issue a purchase order releases for the aforesaid computers.
